Meet the founders
Fabrizio is a Co-founder of Legion, focused on building transparent and fair fundraising infrastructure by combining regulatory rigor with reputation-based systems. With a background in computer science, he began his career in consulting before moving into startups, building a diverse foundation across product development, technology, and strategy. He later founded a DeFi protocol, gaining firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges of building in Web3.
Matt is a Co-founder of Legion and the former lead algorithmic engineer for Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund. He served as tokenomics researcher for the Stacks Foundation during their SEC-qualified 2019 token offering and was the token economics lead for Status during their 2017 ICO that raised $105 million. Known in the crypto community as MattyTokenomics, he is the author of the open-source book Tokenomics for Builders, which has earned acclaim from leading voices across crypto and venture capital.
